If you look up the definition of kitchen zero, it can mean zero food waste. Not the meaning I am talking about here…
I found Sarah Mueller of the Declutter Club on Facebook and her term “kitchen zero”. What does kitchen zero mean to me? A quick kitchen cleanup, filling or emptying the dishwasher, wiping the counters and table, and doing those pesky dishes that can’t go in the dishwasher. If you keep up working on it every day, it becomes easier to obtain the “kitchen zero”. Start with doing the dishes and everything else will fall into place.
I don’t really have many cleaning products that I really LOVE and rave about, but a new product I found recently is Dawn Powerwash Dish Spray. I love using it to clean my counters and table. It also makes washing only one or two dishes a breeze. Is it that hard to wipe the counters? No, but for some reason I hate doing it. Dawn Powerwash dish spray has been a game changer for me. I wish someone had told me about it sooner!
